Leading design thinking workshops and user research trainings is work that I particularly enjoy! I have facillitated workshops and trainings for multidisciplinary groups in both the digital and environmental design sectors.


I aim to not just teach methods or walk participants through a one-time process, but to foster shared language, philopsophies, and processes that transform how teams approach and think about systems, challenges, and open questions into the future.

Collaborative Problem-Solving Workshops

Design thinking workshops serve as catalysts for breaking down silos and generating innovative solutions to pressing organizational challenges. By facilitating structured brainstorming, rapid prototyping, and iterative testing sessions, I use design thinking workshops to help diverse stakeholders collaborate effectively on complex problems.


The key is creating safe spaces for ideation and experimentation that balance a curiosity-centric approach with actionable outcomes teams can implement immediately.


Capacity Building Through Training

I also help organizations build their capabilities for ongoing user-centered thinking. My approach to training combines theoretical frameworks with hands-on application, ensuring participants don't just learn research methods but develop tangible experiences applying them independently.


Recently, I led a multi-month user research training series with a cross-functional team to teach research methodologies through a live study focused on older adults. This approach equipped participants with both specific insights about this demographic and transferable research skills they could apply to any user group, ensuring organizations gain immediate value while building internal capacity for ongoing user-centered design.
